Family Lawyers
Are you ready to work for yourself and collect the rewards, but need infrastructure support? Would you like to work in a flexible environment with a friendly and supportive atmosphere? Remuneration is competitive with the upper limits set by your performance. Pay based on contract or base salary + bonus, at your preference.
Articling Students
Please note that we are not currently in a position to accept articling students. However, you may be interested in the Juris Doctor Experiential Training Program by Oakley Family Law (JET x OFL).
JET x OFL is a new internship program we are pleased to offer recent JD graduates who may be considering family law as their preferred practice area. This is a three-month internship designed to provide law school graduates, who are not yet articling, interesting and valuable opportunities to shadow experienced family lawyers. Created in the name of our Director of Barketing, and embodying his spirit of making everyone feel welcome and comfortable, JET x OFL has been designed with the mission of helping future lawyers in Alberta find fulfilling careers in family law.
